Albion Rovers are delighted to announce that attacking midfielder Ché Campbell has joined the club until the end of the current Lowland League West campaign.
The former Patrick Thistle youth academy graduate, 19, joins Steven Saunders’ side with experience of playing in the fifth tier, having gone out on loan to East Stirlingshire last season.
Before that, Campbell also spent time at now SPFL League One side East Kilbride and former Lowland League outfit Broomhill.
Coming through the ranks at Firhill, the No 10 made six first-team appearances for the Jags, with two of those outings coming in competitive fixtures.
Campbell has already been training with Saunders’ squad, and he is available for selection tomorrow when we travel to Beith Juniors on league duty.

Manager Saunders said on his latest signing: “Ché is one we had looked at in the summer. He had other opportunities and had taken a little break from football.
“He got back in contact and asked to train, and when you get a player of his calibre pop up, it was something we were really interested in making happen. He performed so well for East Stirlingshire last season.”
