Notice of General Meeting for shareholders
In compliance with a requisition received by Albion Rovers Football Club, Ltd. (The) on 13th August 2026 from members representing at least 5% of such of the paid-up capital of the company as carries the right of voting at general meetings of the company, and in accordance with sections 303 and 304 of the Companies Act 2006, notice is hereby given that a general meeting of the Company will be held at Multi-Purpose Room, St Andrew’s High School, 9 Old Monkland Road, ML5 5EA on Thursday 24th September 2026 at 7pm.
You will be asked to consider the business set out in the notice, which has been sent out to shareholders.
