Albion Rovers are delighted to announce the signing of forward Niyah Joseph from fellow Lowland League side East Stirlingshire.
Joseph, 22, joins Sandy Clark’s team having made a big impact for the Falkirk club in his short time at the Shire last term – netting 7 goals in 10 Lowland League matches.
The striker was previously at Stenhousemuir and was formerly a product of Hamilton Accies’ youth set-up.
Niyah had a host of offers from fellow Lowland League clubs and we are excited to have him on board.
Joseph of course worked under Sandy and George earlier on in this campaign when they were in charge of the Shire.
“This is a great club to join,” Joseph said. “I think they can get the best out of me (Sandy and George).
“I am looking forward to scoring goals for Albion Rovers. I got good numbers last season under them at the Shire.
“The standard of the league is better than you think. We want to be at the top end of it competing.”
