Our Reserves squad return to competitive action tomorrow night – playing in the Scottish Lowlands Development Football League for the first time.
Conference A includes a mix of SPFL-club-led sides and Lowland League-club-led sides.
Matches take place on Friday nights, with kick-offs usually set at 8pm.
Our home matches will take place at the Reigart Stadium, and subject to league approval we will also be streaming our home games via our Pixellot system.
The league is an under-20s division, with an allowance of two over-age players.
Rovers begin with an away match at K-Park against East Kilbride.
Kick-off is at 8pm with entry via a donation.
Manager of the Reserves squad Graeme Liveston said ahead of the opening match: “We are not the only SPFL side involved in the league and it will be a tough division, which is a good thing for us.
“Every match will be competitive and our players will face a real mix of opponents in terms.
“The squad at the moment is very much in its infancy, we have the opportunity to play trialists and give players an opportunity.”
