First of all, a huge thank you to everyone who has watched our coverage – we are constantly working to improve what we can offer and have listened to your feedback.
Most issues have been caused by the ‘one device rule’ – before contacting we would ask that you unregister the device linked and then simply reregister the device you are using to watch the game.
Season Ticket holders will be sent a unique voucher code tomorrow (Thursday) that will enable them to watch Saturday’s match.
Please check the email address you provided us with – a guide with a helpful video is included to help you if needed.

The Albion Rovers univtec OTT website has been created by Pixellot as our platform for showing matches.
They have integrated our chosen payment platform (Stripe) that we use to collect payments from fans.
Pixellot saves no payment data in the OTT platform, or in the database of user information.
When you enter your card details and pay, your billing information is stored within the club’s stripe account and no information is shared/saved with Pixellot in any way.
The API link (what allows Pixellot and Stripe to work with/’talk to’ each other) means that payment details can be displayed within the Pixellot OTT (incl. on the billing information page) which is why you see your card details on the screen when you are logged in. The univtec website simply displays the card that you have paid with through stripe.
Pixellot are going to remove this page after we passed on your feedback so to not cause any confusion.
Stripe is used by most clubs in Scotland. It has millions of companies registered from small clubs like ours to massive businesses like Uber/Spotify/Amazon and so on. In terms of safety for your billing details stripe is:
All transactions are SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protected. Your information and your donors information are securely transmitted during the processing of all payments.
Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest grade of payment processing security. You can rest assured that your donors information is safe and secure.
All credit card numbers are encrypted and safely stored in Stripe’s state of the art data-center. This ensures both the security and integrity of your donors information.

If you were to pay for another match then your details would be stored again in relation to that match. The details are stored in order for us to process refunds if needed.
