Albion Rovers are delighted to announce that Conor McLaughlin has joined the club for season 26/27 – subject to SFA approval!
The midfielder, 28, joins the club after spending the last 2 seasons with fellow Lowland League west side Kilwinning Rangers, where he made over 60 appearances and worked with Steven Saunders and John McGowan. Before he joined the Ayrshire-based side, Conor came through the development system at Airdrie before spells at Gartcairn, Petershill and Caledonian Locomotives.
Speaking to club media after joining, Conor said, “I’m delighted; it’s one I’ve been looking forward to since I spoke to the manager and John. I’ve had a few options, and I felt this one was the best one for me.”
