Good Afternoon everyone and welcome to The Reigart Stadium for our Lowland League fixture against Tranent
It feels good to be back in league action after 3 back to back cup ties.
I was very pleased to secure progression in the south challenge cup against West Park who did give us quite a scare with a 90th minute leveller but we did eventually retake the lead minutes later with a outstanding strike by Tyler Denholm to score his 1st goal for the club.
Monday night saw us progress in the Scottish Gas Men’s Scottish Cup with a solid performance in what was a tough game against University Of Stirling I felt we were a bit fortunate to go in ahead in the first half however we managed to secure progression through an outstanding solo strike from Joe and a brilliant team goal finished by Niyah following Brights opening goal.
As always we welcome the management, players and the fans of Tranent to Cliftonhill for what will hopefully be another competitive game especially after our recent clash in the SPFL Trust Trophy
