An update from the Board of Directors: vice-chairman Mark Hunter has resigned and will depart the Board of Directors.
Statement:
The Board of Directors announce the resignation of Director Mark Hunter for personal reasons.
Mark joined the board in early 2018 at a very turbulent and uncertain time at the club.
He worked hard to steady the ship and put things back on an even keel at Cliftonhill.
During his stint on the Board, Mark worked with five managers and used his legal and business experience to contribute thoughtfully and with consideration to the day-to-day running of the club.
We’d like to thanks Mark for his commitment, hard work, and thoughtful input.
“He was highly regarded by visitors to the Reigart Stadium and his sunny disposition and quick wit made Mark a popular figure,” director Jordan Campbell said.
“We’d like to thank Mark for everything he has done for Albion Rovers. He is always welcome at Cliftonhill.”
