Albion Rovers 1-2 Kilmarnock Football Club
A valiant performance saw Rovers narrowly lose out to Premiership opposition in our final Viaplay Cup outing.
After two first-half strikes saw Killie lead, Niyah Joseph headed home a superb second-half header to give us hope – and we then went on to test Killie on a number of occasions but we just couldn’t get a late leveller.
Thanks to all who turned out today – hopefully you can see the real fight and talent in our young squad.
What a crowd today too. Thanks to our wonderful fans and the away support who had so many nice things to say about our fantastic wee club.
