The AGM will reconvene on Monday, 15 May, in Coatbridge Community Centre (St Andrew’s High School Campus) with a 7pm start (sign in for 6:30pm).
Please note that only shareholders of the club can attend this meeting and the relevant paperwork will be sent to all shareholders by their chosen medium.
Furthermore, please ensure that any nominees for the Board of Directors are sent by noon on Wednesday, 3 May, to the club secretary in order to allow for a timely distribution of papers. Any nominations received after noon on Wednesday will not be eligible for consideration.
