Saturdays draw against Caledonian Braves marked a special occasion for our No2 Adam Fernie as he celebrated his 100th apperance for Albion Rovers and was presented with a special shirt prior to the fixture which was arranged by Kit Manager Gary Johnstone
Speaking to club media prior to the clash Adam said “I’m dead pleased to reach that milestone I obviously made my debut a couple of season ago and to get to 100 (apperances) is quite pleasing for myself”
Manager Sandy Clark also spoke about our Number 2’s milestone in his post match comments ” Adam had his 100th game today Gary our kitman has got him a strip with Fernie 100 on it which is a great achievement I know there are a few lads in the changing room with more than 100 apperances but it’s a great achievement for Adam”
