Rovers will be without Ricardo Talu because of a knock when they meet Airdrie in a Lanarkshire derby.
Kyle Turnbull is available after suspension and John Gemmell is set to return after injury.
Player-manager Darren Young said: “This should be a cracking game as we have been strong at home all season and they have won their last three games. We will be looking to make it three consecutive homes wins and give our supporters a big boost by beating our neighbours.
“We went to Peterhead last weekend and could have done better than a draw so we are in good shape.”
Airdrie are able to include Marc Fitzpatrick for the first time this season after he overcame a knee injury.
However, Jim Lister continues to be absent with a groin problem.
Diamonds manager Gary Bollan said: “We have done well recently results-wise, however there is still work to be done in terms of reaching a high consistency in our performances. The substitutes we used last weekend helped turn the game against Cowdenbeath and they have given me food for thought in terms of starting this week.
“This is a really important game for the fans as bragging rights are at stake and I need to put out a team I know can deliver.”
